A very clean well run bakery featuring many hard to find Cuban delights. Plenty of sweets for anyone and very good inexpensive sandwiches heated on the press! They also make tropical fruit batidos(milkshakes) that no one else in the area makes. A good find!
Staff is nice Pastries look great and taste great Only disappointment was no restroom, it was marked "Out of Order" not sure if that is a normal sign to keep from having customers use their restroom, so make sure you do have have to use the restroom before you visit.
Great Bakery also serves Cuban sandwiches. Come by and grab a few Cuban loaves of breads and take home some pastries.
First visit. Found this gem. A Cuban bakery with what I crave. A meat pastelito, a guava pastelito with a cafe con leche. Delicious, remind me of the bakeries in Miami. Service was great, friendly and helpful. Everything looks so delicious. Will definitely visit again.
The food was great, I've been craving croquetas for so long, I'm in college and 300 miles away from Miami. They where really well priced, i got 10 and 2 pastries for less than 20 bucks. They where really nice to me, they where open late because they had an issue where something broke and flooded, but they still gave me the food after I told them I was in a bit of a hurry to get back on campus. When I'm nostalgic for miami this is where I go. Love this place, seriously great.
Wonderful bakery! Todo es muy Rico! This place is a gem with a wide variety of delicacies. I was able even to find and customize a Tres Leches birthday cake. Gracias!
Ok so please read reviews carefully! #1 I'm born and raised in Miami #2 The owners are Cuban ! #3 It's just the husband and wife doing and making everything themselves and the food and pastries are AMAZING! #4 if your in a hurry and just can't wait go spend your money somewhere else and get what you paid for! It's really easy to judge or criticize and take the time to write a negative review. These owners have been through a very difficult life and have No help and practically live in the bakery and still put out great food !!! Excellent food!!! So if they open a little late give them a break. Life does happen Show some love and respect as though it was your family.

LOVE THIS PLACE delicious sandwiches, breakfast, amazing pastries and desserts. I always stop in here with my mom when she visits. They have coffee, snacks like papas rellenos and croquetas, savory empanadas.... The pictures speak for themselves! Amazing friendly service as well.
This. Place. Rocks. We ordered way more food than we needed because, well, because it all looks delicious. We had a jamon y queso sandwich heated up. Absolutely incredible. I haven't even finished eating and I already want more food. 10/10. Hidden gem. This is an absolute must if you're in Jax.
